Why a range instead of one price?
Every home is a little different. A range gives you a real sense of the investment now, without pretending we can price your home sight unseen. Once we measure on site, we give you a firm, all-in number.
What is included in the price?
A new system, professionally installed, plus everything we put on every job: MeasureQuick verified airflow and refrigerant charge, two years of our Home Protection Plan membership (24/7 system monitoring, yearly maintenance visits, and loyalty rewards), a registered twelve-year parts warranty, and haul away of your old system. A Daikin FIT variable-speed system also includes a matching smart thermostat, whole-home surge protection, and a twelve-year equipment replacement warranty. Single and two-stage systems include a six-year equipment replacement warranty. Labor warranty is five years on variable-speed, three on two-stage, and one on single-stage, and any system can extend to ten or twelve years.
Are rebates included in these numbers?
