Is this an exact quote for my home?
No. It is a price range built from our real pricing. Your firm number comes from a complimentary in-home estimate, where we measure your home and size the system before we recommend anything.
Why a range instead of one price?
Every home is a little different. A range gives you a real sense of the investment now, without pretending we can price your home sight unseen. Once we measure on site, we give you a firm, all-in number.
What is included in the price?
A new system, professionally installed, plus everything we put on every job: full system commissioning to verify airflow and refrigerant charge, one year of The General's Watch membership (a yearly maintenance visit with a written report, priority scheduling, and member savings on repairs), which you can upgrade to a two-year Home Protection Plan or Five-Star Command, a registered twelve-year parts warranty, and haul away of your old system. A Daikin FIT variable-speed system also includes a matching smart thermostat, whole-home surge protection, and a twelve-year equipment replacement warranty. Single-stage systems include a six-year equipment replacement warranty. Labor warranty is three years on every system, included, and any system can extend to five or twelve years.
Are rebates included in these numbers?
No. We keep incentives separate so the range stays honest. The CenterPoint efficiency incentive can be worth up to about $1,500, and qualifying Daikin FIT systems have a $500 instant rebate. Each program has its own rules. We confirm exactly what your project qualifies for when we come out.
