The General's 45-Point AC Performance Tune-Up
For Cypress and Katy homeowners who want to know exactly where their system stands.
The General's 45-Point AC Performance Tune-Up is a hands-on cooling evaluation for Cypress and Katy homeowners at $169. Your technician checks refrigerant pressures, airflow, drain line, electrical components, and 40+ additional measurements. You get a written report at the end of the visit.
What it is
A comprehensive cooling system evaluation. Not a visual inspection. Your technician uses actual instruments: refrigerant gauges, a multimeter for electrical components, a hygrometer for humidity readings. You get a written report at the end of the visit showing what was measured and what was found.
That report is a full A/C System Vitals Report, produced with MeasureQuick, an industry-standard HVAC diagnostic platform. It covers refrigerant charge, heat transfer, and air distribution, each checked against in-range and out-of-range standards, so you can see your system's vital signs at a glance.
This is not a sales call disguised as a tune-up. We measure the system and document the results. What happens next is up to you.

Why this is our front door
Most homeowners who become Home Protection Plan members started with a tune-up first. It's the easiest way to see how we work before committing to an annual membership.
If everything looks good, you walk away with a written report and peace of mind. If we find something, you get the options in plain language.
What happens after
After the tune-up, you have a written record of your system's condition. If repairs are needed, we present your options with pricing. You decide. No pressure to sign up for anything.
If you're interested in ongoing maintenance, we can talk about the Home Protection Plan. If you just wanted the tune-up, that's the whole visit.
The tune-up is also a good starting point before committing to a full cooling system evaluation.
